A critical form of work that has permeated the publications we have produced is that of occult philosophy, and for the first time we are offering a bundle of three key titles

The Witching-Other

Ritual Space and the Crooked Path Beyond: Volume 1

Torn Letters of Otherness

The Witching-Other concentrates on how witchcraft, and in particular the archetypal Witch, are used as conduits for understanding that which remains remote to us. Historical records and the workings of practitioners are inordinately connected to what is available. This book contends that what we read, see, experience only takes us so far when trying to comprehend the witch, and that there is something else dwelling beyond the veil, a daemonic intelligence compelling us to approach the witch with an already pre-scribed fascination.

In Ritual Space and The Crooked Path Beyond the topic of ritual space is something that many of us are involved with, we may feel entrenched, or that we have succumbed to unspoken forces, we may on the other hand use it to express belonging while at the same time propitiating our sense of Otherness, and yet dynamics informing how we apprehend ritual space have for the most part gone unnoticed. Especially within the occult and esoteric world the notion of ritual space continues to be largely overlooked, assumed, or taken for granted, without there ever being a mention of it as a viable interface for encouraging contact with the unknown.

Torn Letters of Otherness, borne from ideas that came to light while communicating with each other, looks at the notion of absence and the first word to be spoken: the alogos. Largely in response to the work of Chumbley and Azoetia, the first word is commonly referred to as the announcement of Self: I. And so it is that from absence, form comes into being as we begin find ways to articulate our knowing. Yet, these small volumes also explore distortions that come from using a language which is not fit for the purposes that the practitioner requires.
